Our filter coffees are all brewed by hand in order for our Baristas to control the variables such as pour speed and extraction time to give optimal results. This process is slower than the usual espresso based drinks as it requires precision and control for clarity of flavour. Each month we have a new guest coffee so please ask our staff for information on the bean options.
